The Berry Green Smoothie

Our MCT oil is versatile as it is flavourless and odourless meaning that you can readily add it to your favorite smoothies.

One of our favorite health smoothies uses plenty of berries with their high antioxidants along with leafy greens and various seeds and nuts.

150 ml of your favorite milk

1-2 tbsp of MCT oil 

1 cup of frozen berries (can be strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc.)

1 cup of leafy greens like baby spinach or arugula

2 tbsp of flax seeds

1 tbsp chia seeds

Simple syrup or honey to taste for sweetness. For a thicker and frosty smoothie can add 1 cup of ice.

To prepare, add all the ingredients to your blender and blend on medium to high until you reach your desired consistency. For a thicker smoothie you can add more ice, simple syrup and honey can be added to taste.
